The Leslie Sansone's are all mile-long "walks", for those of you familiar, you know this is just truly a mild cardio, I am starting on week 3 of C25K because I have started it so many times, I am comfortable with starting on week three, I have never made it past week 6, so it will be a good way to start the new year at week 7. Don't let me disillusion you. I am extremely slow at my C25K but when I am really doing it, I do see a difference in my weight and my body. The Strength training is a video that I bought some time ago, it is from Exercise TV and it is doable, except for the pushups. I have ALWAYS had problems with pushups. Mastering those will probably be a New Year's resolution.

So, I will check in every few days and let you know how it goes!
