Wow.....just wow

So, today is one of those days that is just unreal to me. Our State LIHEAP conference started today. I had mentioned earlier that I was one of the panelists for this morning. That session went well, really well. Then at lunch today, we got a huge surprise. The ones of us, five of us, who had worked with Jean LaPaze, writing the new STARS-LIHEAP manual were recognized today at our luncheon.

So, it is cool enough that I get to do the job I do, and the extra projects I get to do, but to be recognized to boot....its a red letter day.


Then in other family news, we have the vehicle situation taken care of too.

Today, Andrew and Robert went and got our new pick-up, it is a 2005 Chevy Avalanche.

This to go along with Robert's new SUV he got Saturday, a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

 So, I think we all have things to celebrate this week.......now everyone needs to stay home and stop spending money!!
